Q. What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is 15 pieces per design, which includes 3 standard sizes and 2 colour options.
Any extra size or colour will require an additional MOQ of 5 units per variation.
Orders below the standard MOQ attract a surcharge to cover additional production and handling costs.
Q. Can you adjust the MOQ for my order?
Yes, MOQs can be adjusted on a case-by-case basis, depending on specific sourcing needs, this will be subject to a 35% surcharge if its less than 15 pieces
Q. What information do you need before providing a quote?
You must provide:

A Tech Pack, Specification Sheet, or clear front & back reference images with detailed written instructions

Confirmation of fabric type, trims, and accessories (if you are supplying materials)

A size chart (yours or our in-house chart)
Q. How long is my cost estimate valid?
All cost estimates are valid for 1 month from the date issued.
Q. Do you require samples before production?
Yes, samples are mandatory for all orders.

Sample cost is 2.5× the bulk cost (e.g., ₦8,000 bulk = ₦20,000 sample)

We first create a calico/similar fabric sample (10–14 working days) with 1 free revision.

After approval, we create a production fabric prototype with 1 free review.
Q. What if I change the design after sampling?
Changes to the fundamental design may require a new sample and additional charges.
Q. Can I provide my own fabric and trims?
Yes, you can supply your own materials, but:

They must meet agreed specifications.

All items must be delivered in full before production.

Fabric for designs we did not estimate will be rejected.

All items must be labelled and delivered before 5PM on a working day.
Q. Can you source fabric for me?
Yes, we can source locally (1–3 weeks) or internationally (1–3 months) based on your specifications.
Q. Do you offer fabric storage?
Yes, for fabrics to be used within 6 weeks of delivery or allocated to a later approved date.
Beyond 6 weeks, storage fees may apply or the fabric may be disposed of if unclaimed.
Q. How long is the production timeline?
Standard production is 20–30 working days after prototype approval and full payment.
We are typically booked one month in advance.
Q. Do you perform quality checks?
Yes, we perform quality checks twice during production, once at finishing, and once before packaging.
Q. Can I add extra quantities after production starts?
Possible only if timelines allow and capacity is available.
Q. How do you handle shipping?

Local: Pickup from our facility or local delivery (client pays courier fees)

International: Through our freight partners or your nominated provider (cost based on destination, weight, volume)
We are not liable for delays or damages after handover to a courier.
Q. What is your reorder policy?
Reorders follow the same process as new orders but with slightly shorter timelines (15–20 working days).
Any changes in design, fabric, or trims will be treated as a new order.
