From Idea to Ready-Made Garment – Premium B2B Manufacturing

1. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

We maintain efficient, consistent processes to ensure premium quality for every client.

Standard MOQ

• 15 pieces per design

• Includes 3 standard sizes and 2 colour options

Additional Variations

• Extra size or colour: +5 units MOQ per variation

Below MOQ Orders

• Possible with a surcharge to cover additional handling costs

Flexible Sourcing

• MOQ may be adjusted for special sourcing needs

2. Design & Costing

Accurate costing requires complete information before we quote.

Required for Quotation

• Tech Pack, Spec Sheet, or clear front/back images with detailed written instructions

• Fabric, trims & accessories confirmation (or we use in-house sourcing)

• Size chart (yours or ours)

Important

• Changes after confirmation may attract extra costs and delay timelines

• Quotes valid for 30 days

3. Ready-Made Garment (RMG) Samples

Sample Costs

• 2.5× bulk production cost

• Example: Bulk cost ₦8,000 → Sample cost ₦20,000 (excl. VAT)

Sample Process

1. Calico / Similar Fabric – 1 free revision, 10–14 working days

2. Production Fabric Prototype – 1 free review after calico approval

Approval Timeline

• Approve within 2 weeks of notification

• Unapproved samples after this are considered rejected

4. Sourcing Options

Client-Supplied Materials

• Must meet agreed specs & be delivered in full before production

• Must be labelled & sent before 5PM on a working day

• We do not accept fabric for designs we haven’t estimated for

In-House Sourcing

• Local: 1–3 weeks

• International: 1–3 months depending on requirements

5. Fabric Storage Policy

• Fabrics can be stored up to 6 weeks if linked to an approved order

• Must be collected before deadline or charges apply

• Stored fabrics remain client property

6. Production

Scheduling

• Starts only after prototype approval & full payment

• Standard: 20–30 working days (booked ~1 month ahead)

Quality Control

• 2× checks during production

• Final check before packaging

Extra Quantities

• Possible if timelines & capacity allow

7. Shipping & Collection

Local Orders

• Pickup from our facility

• Delivery via our partners or your courier (cost covered by client)

International Orders

• Shipping via trusted freight partners or your nominated provider

• Costs based on destination, weight & volume

Note: We are not liable for courier delays or damages

8. Reorders

• Follow same process as new orders

• Timelines: 15–20 working days

• Changes to design/fabric treated as new order
